At this point they likely won't be restocking the VM d20s for a good long time, if ever. Stuff like the dice sets have always sold out quickly (sometimes in a matter of minutes) and they only rarely get them back in stock. Even before CR split from Geek & Sundry they had some difficulties keeping pretty much everything in stock.
Your best bet is to check places like ebay and different sales forums. I'm sorry to say this but if you're still looking at this point it won't be easy to find them and they likely won't be cheap.
